Today, I got a foot massage treat. My mother, aunt and I went to a reflexology nook in a church that gives reflexology service for a minimal fee. It's highly recommended if you don't have much budget to visit a massage parlor, this is the place to be! I think, most of the parish churches (Catholic) here in Cebu are already offering services such as these as an advocacy for homeo or naturopathic therapy such as reflexology. All you have to do is look around and ask.A good massage (even on the feet) can indeed relieve stress!
