MY FIRST ARTICLE FOR A NEW BLOG

After more than a year of creating my new blog, Only In Pinas Properties, I finally get to write my first article on it and hopefully it won't be the last!

I was then so choosy on what to write about it and now I have to do it as I find something relevant to write about! Check it out here!

Enjoy Reading!

Cheers!

WRITING WOES

It is an achievement as of now to write on this blog at least once a week. Last Monday, it was supposedly my goal to write twice but for a person who has no time anymore to go to the internet cafe and since our laptop was stolen two months ago, it seems impossible for me to blog! Praise God for my generous cousins who allowed us to share their laptop during these down times.

Since, we share the same gadget for the meantime, I can only use this whenever they are not using it usually during daytime or in some vacant times! On the other hand, if there is a will, there is also a way, right?! Right! My target was to write on Mondays and Thursdays but I guess with my situation, I just have to deal with twice a week with no specific day but good thing, I get to be consistent on doing it on a Monday (yay)! So, the challenge is to write again another article on a Thursday or any other day that suits me this week and if I get to write again and again then that would make a winner (hahaha)!

Alright, I guess I am just boring people on my woes on struggling to write a blog so bye for now!

I'll do whatever it takes to blog this week!

Cheers!

AWARENESS AND REMINDER TO MYSELF

habits affirmations wordle

I am challenging myself lately to wake up early at least around 6am or before and not just during our Sunday Mass service but daily especially on work days! However, I have another challenge to take 'coz even if I get ready early, I still tend to go out of the house after lunch (boo me!). What makes matters worst is that whenever I am about to go out, the rain starts to pour!!! Phew! I was aware of the pattern a few months ago but I just ignore it thinking there's always a tomorrow to try again. Alright, I don't really give up on myself when it comes to trying but lately it really seems alarming that I get less and less productive!

The reason I am writing this is for me to remind myself and to be fully aware of actions I am taking especially to take away bad habits and replace it with a good one and the good one with a better one! I may not be writing everyday but I am committing myself to write at least twice a week and just tell you stuff like this or it can be an event, product or even my travels, etc.

For now, I just feel writing whatever I want to write but of course with less negative things. Whatever we think, it's what we beget so might as well write something positive to invite blessings and prosperity!!!

Looking forward to know y'all!

Cheers!

DO IT NOW

I missed writing and I'm glad I am starting again! I hope I can sustain this coz I really love to write my thoughts (whether you like it or not hahaha!). This October I pray that I can write at least twice a week in my blogs not because I have to but I love to! There was an advice that I have read that said one must publish their blog articles on Mondays and Thursdays coz it's the most that they reach more audience. Honestly, I intend to follow that but time only allowed me today which is a Friday on this side of the world!

This action I have taken must've been inspired by the October 1st reflection from the Companion Journal (Shepherd's Voice Daily Scripture Journal that I subscribed online) which said "Do It Now!". It struck me that day but I guess it struck me harder today which made me write again (hehehe)!.  It just reminded me of my previous leader in a networking company who told me about this "Do It Now" thingy wherein you have to face yourself in the mirror and tell yourself for 50 times! I remember doing it but stopped when schedules got mega hectic. I guess it was supposed to work if I did it for 30 days straight or some say 21 days to make it a habit! Although I didn't practice it again today but it seems to be bombarding me for two straight days already! I am not analyzing this but I think what also prompted me was an exciting business proposal that also is pushing me to sell more properties in order to be the first to invest on it! I don't want to talk about it now but I will when it will be launched!

For now, I have to focus on other things like writing and helping people look for a place they can call home and invest too. I have to straighten things out again, unlearn and relearn. Most of all, I have to DO IT NOW!!! Let me rephrase or borrow what I have read from the Companion: If you have always wanted to do something for a long time and have set it aside, DO IT NOW!!!

Cheers!

The past two months of summer was quite hectic..juggling my schedule between manning our exhibit booths and traveling to the North of Cebu for the Bayani Challenge plus a mini vacation in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan(that would be another post though) it was not that easy but I praise God that I managed it! So here's a summary of pictures taken during those Bayani Challenge 2014 days from Araw ng Kagitingan to Arawng Kalayaan!!! I missed the activities in Bantayan Island and Tabuelan however, thanks to the photos of Gawad Kalinga Cebu and friend for the contribution!

2013 SUMMARY (SORT OF)

It's been a longtime that I haven't posted in this blog. One of the reasons is my preferred usage in browsing the Internet through my IPhone instead of my laptop. For the past year, there's so much to talk about and with my fondness of the Instagram ( follow me @cherosette) I usually post it there! Since I haven't written in time for the holidays like New Year and Christmas or even Sinulog, with the Chinese New Year, I thought it would be perfect to write now and summarize my November-December  2013 in pictures:

So that's it for now! I will be posting pictures more on what I got myself into during the Sinulog! Cheers for more prosperity! Kung Hei Fat Choi everyone!
